Orders are accepted only for serviceable PIN codes.
DISPATCH
Dispatch timing depends on harvest readiness, order confirmation and operational availability. The applicable dispatch estimate will be shown with the seasonal order when it is confirmed.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
LIONZ will provide a realistic delivery range with the applicable order when the logistics arrangement is confirmed. Fresh-produce timing may vary because harvest readiness and transport conditions can change.
FRESH PRODUCE
Fresh agricultural produce can naturally vary in size, colour, appearance and other non-safety characteristics.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the customer is unavailable, delivery may be re-attempted or otherwise handled according to the logistics arrangement.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
Report visible damage or a product issue promptly with order details and supporting evidence.
DELAYS
Weather, harvest conditions, transportation disruption and other agricultural or logistics conditions may affect delivery timing.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Address changes are accepted only until the applicable operational cutoff for the order.
