LIONZ is the service brand operated by Satyapol Smart Agriculture Pvt. Ltd. through which the Smart Farm and Grove experiences described on this website are provided. Customer support is available at support@lionz.in and general enquiries at lionz@lionz.in.
ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY
Users are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login credentials secure.
SMART FARM
Satellite observations, weather information, indicators and other Smart Farm outputs are decision-support information. They do not guarantee diagnoses, agronomic outcomes, yield or quality.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Plans, acreage, billing, renewal, cancellation and access after expiry are governed by the applicable plan shown before purchase.
GROVE
Grove provides an experience connected to a seasonal agricultural journey and the produce or programme described before purchase.
TREE MEMBERSHIP
A Grove tree relationship does not transfer ownership of the tree, agricultural land, possession, tenancy, title or any interest in underlying property. The customer receives only the benefits expressly described for the purchased programme.
SEASONAL AGRICULTURE
Weather, pests, crop conditions, natural variation, harvest timing and other agricultural factors can affect outcomes. Specific yield is not guaranteed unless expressly offered.
PRODUCE ORDERS
Prices, quantities, natural variation, availability and fulfilment terms are those presented for the applicable product or season.
PRE-BOOKINGS
A pre-booking is governed by the confirmation, payment, harvest and fulfilment conditions displayed for that season.
SHIPPING / REFUNDS

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must provide accurate information, serviceable delivery details and use LIONZ services lawfully.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LIONZ branding, software, content and other protected materials remain the property of LIONZ or relevant licensors.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Mapping, satellite, weather, payment, logistics and other third-party services may have their own terms and availability constraints.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
LIONZ may experience interruptions, provider limitations or maintenance. No continuous availability is guaranteed.
PRIVACY
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
CHANGES / GOVERNING LAW
These terms may be updated when the services, operational model or applicable requirements change. They are intended for use in India and are subject to applicable Indian law. Any dispute will be handled by a court having lawful jurisdiction over the operator and the transaction.
